This was a scam telephone message which attempted to direct me to a website where I would be asked to give my credit card information under the guise of winning a gift card from Walmart.

Just got a call from that number, too. Picked it up and not a sound made. I googled it and found so many others were getting calls from this number. So annoying...

The digit "1" in the first position of a seven-digit dial implies a reveals it is bogus (spoofed) number. To be clear, if a person were to dial such a number as 121-6432 from within its own 415 area, the caller would dial the "1" first which would put caller into the long-distance system -- impossible within the North American Numbering Plan (NANP). They want to give you free security in exchange for putting sign in your yard advertising their company. They call day and night on a varity of numbers even after I've continually asked them not to call and to put my name on do not call list. This is total harassment!
