Keeps calling me when I answer no one there then I call back with a recording it says number not in service. Sounds like a scam

called me two times in a row today. no message. no idea who it is.

Called a couple times in middle of the night when answered nobody spoke when dialed back said number couldn't be completed as dialed even thugh it was the same number that called me
