They dont leave a message. I have not caught them live. I have called back to find out who it is and cannnot connect the call as it looks like the number is spoofed and goes noplace.

I have been getting calls from this number for 2 days now. As I cannot find the area listed anywhere I do not answer, nor do I return the call. Does anyone know what the number is or how to block it? Thank you.

I have also received calls from an unavailable source. I have spoken with these people and requested to be put on their no call list. i also called the number and registered my number August 11th, 2012. I have receieved more calls after registering my number. Most calls are regarding improving credit card intererst (never had one)or furthering my education. I am retired and have no desire for either service.
A few calls are from overseas.

THEY CALLED ME AT 7:01 AM I ANSWERED THINKING IT WAS A FLORIDA FRIEND OF MINE AND THEY HUNG UP. I DIDNT TRY TO CALL THEM BACK BUT AFTER CHECKING THE AREA CODE ON THE WEB AND READING THE REPORTS ITS CLEAR TO ME THAT SOMEONE FROM THE BBB OR ANOTHER AGENCY NEEDS TO GET A HANDLE ON THIS BEFORE IT BECOMES AN EPIDEMIC OR EVEN BEFORE THEY GET PERSONAL INFO FROM THE PHONE CARRIER. I DID NOT FILL OUT ANY ONLINE SURVEYS THE ONLY THING I DID WAS DOWNLOAD A GAME FROM GOOGLE PLAY

This is Waka Networks. They stated that I had filled out a "banking survey".

They screwed up because they called at 9:14pm. It is ILLEGAL TO CALL BEFORE 8AM AND 9PM.

They have been reported to the FTC.

Yesterday at 5:35 P.M. a woman called my cellphone, said I had submitted an on-line survey and had won a $50 Walmart gift card and some other offers. I was in the middle of Kroger's grocery shopping. I said no I hadn't, I wasn't interested and for her to stop calling my cellphone number.

BIG BIG BIG SCAM.
She Claims calling from a job agency that provide free job search service.She told me I submitted an resume on their website database, and then asked me a series of question about my education background and my work statue to see if I am qualify for their free service. However, when she asked my for date of birth, i started to realized that's a scam. When I refused to tell her my date of birth, she hang up the phone.
