Sleezy telemarketers trying to deceive Google and consumers

Website advertisement so they can get your "membership" to something called BIGBRANDREWARDS.

You have up to ninety days from the original date of your membership registration to complete the membership incentive program and redeem your incentive gift. Your gift eligibility is secured as soon as you complete two sponsor action points from the Silver Offers Group, two offers from the Gold Offers Group, and nine offers from the Platinum Offers Group for a total of 13 sponsor offers. You must also refer three friends to do the same. Once you meet the offer completion requirements, you will need to login to your account to print off your redemption certificate.

I have a text in two parts claiming I won a 1,000 Best Buy gift card from Jesse Harris at 7:36am EST. Asking me to text back, as well as to go to rewardgiftcards.info to retrieve said gift card.

The spam text message used my full name and said "August rewards just gave you $1000 towards any Best-Buy products...Must visit rewardgiftcards.info before Oct 19th to confirm!"

Came in two messages, says it's from Brightkite. I'm really, really pissed--I NEVER give me cellphone to untrustworthy companies. I don't know who sold it to this spammer with my name.
