The caller, who identified himself as Sam, spoke with a heavy accent, I assumed to be south Asian. He asked for me by name. I asked him to identify the company he represented and he told me National Cash Advance. I asked him for a callback number, then he asked why I wanted it. I told him that I do not do business with anyone who calls me first, so he asked if I was disturbed by the call. I asked again for the callback number and he hung up.
