Received a message from someone identifying himself as "Franco" (spoken in an intimidating tone) wanting to verify address, phone number, and employer info in efforts to locate a family member. He left a callback number of 866-204-2029 and ref #. When I called, an automated message answered saying "You have reached Global". It offered to enter a party's ext or ask how they could help... all automated. I did not reach a live person. I was not provided an ext. When I called the 529-497-4537 number, I got an operator message saying it was an invalid number. I am NOT going to give these people ANY information about ANYONE. I added the number to my auto-reject list on my phone.
