This phone call is from a credit card service that dosen't even know your name or credit rating but is going to lower your credit rating. When you try asking them not to call or advise them your ona no call list, they hang up and don't have the curtesy to remove your number or talk to you.

Credit card - to lower our interest rate.
WE DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD AT ALL. I have told them every single time to remove us from their list - they just hang up. I have also gone on into the call and talked with two different live people and asked us to remove us from their calling list and they told me they would.
