Called at 9:31 am after having called from a 333 area code number 3 hours earlier saying they are a nephew here for a few days from work, I foolishly thought it might be and gave that person my cell number which is where this number appeared. I barely heard what the guy was saying but did catch something along the lines of an accident in Tijuana and blah blah blah, I hung up, but now that I googled the numbers and know better. If they keep calling I will most definitely report it to the authorities.

Guy called at 7:30 on a Sunday claiming to be a cousin. He dared me to guess who he was. I mentioned a name and he agreed, he said he was driving up the mexican coast and was an hour from Tijuana. He wanted to stop by my house and asked for my address and cell number.

I called his mother in mexico and she said my cousin was travelling in South America.

The police won't do anything to stop this guy from calling and harassing me. And I was foolish enough to give him my cell number.
