Was a recorded message claimed to be Bank Credit Card services. The recording stated that I "should have received prior mailings" that my credit card rates were scheduled to increase. It further stated that I should press "9" to speak with a bank representative. I did not press 9. Th recording repeated twice. I also do not have any bank credit cards, so I knew it was a scam. The caller ID was spoofed as 555-000-9871.

I got a call from 1-555-000-9871 unk no message left. I am on the national do not call list and how do these telemarketers SCAM keep getting my cell phone number. Please stop calling me .

They want to lower a credit card rate, but you know its a SCAM because onlyTV shows and the Movies have 555 numbers. You can't block this number because of the invalid area code.
