That is the outgoing caller ID for the Phoenix Police Dispatch. It is not a scam.

I was afraid one night, and after a few calls to the emergency dispatch i made a quick dial to 911 so it would be in my recent calls so i could just press send send.... immediately after i got a call from this number and it hung up.

I called the non emergency number (same dispatch as the emergency dispatch) to tell them what happened.

Still unsure if they are going to come to my house, i just wanted it in my redial, just like i do with others without a problem or knowledge they did that

Do not pick up a call from this #...it is a scam! They call before midnight & it is so inappropriate!

A woman stated they were the Phoenix Police and they received a call to the station from my phone, but no information except the number popped up. They stated they were returning the call to make sure everything was alright.
I did not call the police to make sure this was a legit call. I have received calls several weeks before, stating my number was calling others, so this is a plausible occurrence.

Very weird, I haven't made a phone call in a week and a half.
