The 'robo calls all said the same thing: "We have been required to lower your electric bill. Please hit'1' to speak with a representative to service you or hit '2' to be taken off of our list." I cannot hit any add'l. numbers on my cell phone in time to complete the request (assuming that it would work anyway!). This is costing me valuable cell phone minutes and is harrassment as the calls are getting more frequent with no recourse to make them stop! I want to be compendated for my minutes and fines levied against these "crooks" as punishment for violating the 'Do Not Call Registry'! It would seem that there is someone in the government that is responsible for stopping violators and that agency/person would do their job and stop them! I do not want to get another message from anyone that you "will forward the complaint to the appropriate agency"; that's just 'passing the buck'or in your jargon 'bureaucratic B.S.'! Please do your job & stop this harrassment, NOW!!!
