Received a call from Barry Allen saying he wanted to address a very serious problem with my computer. I asked why would he think I have a problem with my computer? He didn't answer? I asked him what kind of computer am I having a problem with? He said a lap top. I don't even own a lap top. He said something I couldn't understand in his heavy accent, and he ended the call

Same as above. Called from 642-375-7549, a guy with a heavy accent said he was "tech support", my computer was sending them some error messages, so I need to do what he says to fix it.

Very similar to this recording:

Left a two minute voicemail of background noise. Could not make out any of the chatter.

Received a call from 642-375-7549. Caller ID said "Name not found" We don't answer any calls on our landline just because of people like this.

642-375-7549 - Said he was "Windows Tech Support" in a heavily Indian accented voice, and claimed my computer was downloading viruses and spyware. Wanted me to do certain things on my computer, starting with holding the Windows key and then pressing "R". It's a phone scam - if you what they say, they will have you keep going until they either 1. convince you that your computer is infected and you need to pay them a bunch of money to give you the tech support to fix it...OR 2. Get you to open up access to your computer so they can steal whatever they want to off your computer. Think about that - things on your computer that you probably don't want revealed include SSN's, taxes, credit card numbers, etc etc. Microsoft IS NOT CALLING PEOPLE THIS WAY! Think about how difficult it is to get tech support from MS when YOU call THEM - do you really think they are going out of their way to call you about this world-wide problem?
