Same incident as jmb where I heard ringing like I was calling them. I received a call from this number in regards to being selected for a federal grant in the amount of $10,278(?) and that the call was from the US Grant Dept located in Washington, DC. They said the only way to receive the payment was through either western union, money gram or direct deposit, total scam alert; however, the caller was able to verified my name, address and number so that was slightly alarming. When giving me the code/number to be able to receive that money, they got frustrated and hung up on me because I asked them to spell it out phonetically so I got the letters right, sounded like it started with MC. Upon recalling the number, it was unable to be reach as dialed. Scam number, please be careful.

This number called me 2X today and they never answer. It's annoying.

This # called me, I answered the phone. The I heard a ringing like I was calling them. A man picked up the phone and I could hear laughing from more than 1 person and I could hear people speaking in Spanish. When I said hello, they hung up
