Caller with an Indian accent stated he was from us govt grants and told us we were due monies and asked how we wanted to accept it. When we questioned him he go snippy and hung up

Just got a call at home from an Indian-sounding gentleman named"Mark Harris" The message said::::....This message is entitled for Ms.XXXXX. The reason that you received this message, i need you or the aerating attorney of record to return call. What you have done is time sensitive. My name is Mark Harris. My division is 503.339.1253. I will repeat 503.339.1253. Don't disregard this message. Return the call right now, Miss XXXXX! If you don't return the call, or I don't hear from your attorney, I wish you good luck as the situation unfolds on you. Best of luck to you and your kids" This is the 2nd time in 2 months this company has threatened me. They come off very vague and try to get my account number, telling me i accepted a wire transfer to Cash Net and i failed to repay them. I never received any funds from any Cash Net nor do i owe any company money at this juncture. What can I do? I googled "Mark Harris" and the phone number "503-339-1253" and several others are stating he left the exact same message to them as well. Can you help me?
