I answered a call from someone with a foreign sounding accent,says his name is Bryan,accusing me of downloading false material and saying I was going to be arrested and did I have a lawyer and I could not ask anything until he finished.When I started to ask questions and oppose him,he put on someone else and when I said send it in writing and wanted this file number that he had,he hung up

guy said his name was brain walker but as i first heard his voice and name i heard a wierd accent. he then said do i have any lawyers because i was gonna get n trouble for downloading illegal stuff i told him hold on i dont even own a computer i ask him for his name again and office line i said we can call the cops and see if this is true he asked if i was gonna sue him then he hung up on me

Someone called threatening me that they will serve me a summons or garnishment at work if I don't call the following number 760-300-4008 and talk to a senior attorney handling 3 cases against me.

The person did not leave any other contact number or a full name. I can see where this person's threats may scam someone else that may be naive.
