threatning calls daily

I got the same thing everyone else got. Total scam call, can't even understand the person. It's totally ridiculous.

Scam

Asked to speak to a supervisor, and was given a person who claims to be a NY State Attorney, (claims Bar #219304) by the name of "Lee Johnson". He threatened to sue my wife and me (originally was trying to speak to my wife), and towards the end of the call stated he was recording the call.

Throughout my conversation with this "attorney", he showed a complete lack of knowledge of the law (such as I stated that we would need all the claims in writing before we would respond), did not know what "providing Proper Service" was in regard to a lawsuit, and told me that he didn't have to tell me a call was being recorded...I informed him I was in a state (CA) that requires 2 party consent to record the call, and I did not give my consent. He then said that he would sue me (without say what for!). He got very agitated towards the end when I told him I would be speaking to the security managers and attorneys at my FEDERAL GOVERNMENT job and see what they had to say, and after one last blustering "I'll sue you in court!" (not "see you" but "sue you"!), he hung up.
