hung up after three rings before got to cell phone
this phone is on the do not call list but they called anyway

I received a phone call at 4:27pm on May 5, 2009 from someone claiming that I shouldpay for my delinquent &outstanding bills and that they have all of my personal information. It was said in English by very heavy Indian accent. I told him to stop soliciting me that I will report him to police if he ever calls me again
