a man with a foreign accent threatening me with a lawsuit for 1.5 million for a PAYDAY LOAN! HE keeps asking for my social security number he's very persistent .

I have received several calls from an indian person calling my home, cell and work regarding a loan taken on line in 2010. He has an Indian accent which can hardly be understood. He is treating me with legal action. I have never taken a loan in 2010. I told him that in the US he has start a legal action by having a summons & complaint served on a person. He stated that he does not have to do so because it was online I told him he was very mistaken and told him to stop harassing me. He also left a message stating he was from the Federal Dept. of Justice and his name is officer Chris Crains and again threaten with legal action.

Sandra called and said I was approved for a loan and for me to go to www.mycashpickup.com and she will show me how to deposit the money into my account. I hung up the phone and called AT&T to have this no. blocked. I'm sure they will use a different # tomorrow. This needs to stop. Who can put an end to these scam callers.

just got two more calls from this number. first started 1-21-11, although have had before. I'm sure it has to do with payday loan. first call, no one there, second ridiculously hard to understand Indian. when I told him three times that I could not understand him, he hung up. next call came up unavailable so I let it go to voice. It was an Indian threatening my social sec.#. I have a cell phone only. How do I stop the calls?

Someone gave my phone # to this credit agency instead of their own, and now they won't stop calling me even though I told them they had the wrong number. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was hung up on!
