harassing caller, rude, makes threats, unable to call the number back, some how knows all personal information.

Received a call from a young woman stating there were fraudlent charges brought against me from the Federal government. She stated I should have received an affadavit in the mail - I did not - and that she couldn't discuss the case with me. Then, I spoke to a Supervisor who tried to have me settle out the charges over the phone with him. I told him to send me a subpoena in the mail for the charges that were filed against me and he hung up! It was a scam to the fullest.

Got a call at work today frm a foreign man who said his name was Daniel Williams & my lawyer & myself needed to return his call to 949-743-3367. It was " Time sensative" & that if I did not return his call the situation would unfold on me &he wished me good luck & good bye. I *69 the line & it came up with a diffrent # of 714-006-6000. Called both of them bak & what a suprise, they were no longer in service. SCAM !!! I wish I could find these people.

this number called my cell phone ; 714-006-6000 the man who called left a message to call bac as well for it being time sentative and that i will need a lawyer. and good luck if i can't get one. so i called this number back 760-544-1591. the guy i spoke with is Eric Mathews. tellin me some crap about me getting charged with 3 things relating to a cash advancement that i supposivley took and didn't pay back. ( mind you , i didn't take one out let alone knew what the heck he was talking about.) this guy had a thick accent like arbic or sumin. this guy had ALL my info. name, address,email where i work and...... two of my friends. humm how weird. scamm or not the man was rude. ?
