Same experience, automated message about lowering the interest rate on my credit card, telling me to press 9 to speak to a representative. I hung up at that point and looked up the number. Any real company would have identified themselves, and hopefully wouldn't call me at 8:00 in the morning.

Called me and I pushed 9 to speak with someone b/c I wanted to know what credit card company they were with. He ignored my question and started rambling. I again asked which credit card company he was with, he said capital one. When I said I didn't have a capital one credit card, the guy hung up on me. Something is not right with this...

Received a robo call about card services then was prompted to press 9 to speak with a rep. When I asked the rep to remove my phone number, the creep hung up on me.
