I keep getting calls to lower my card interest rate. In past I have spoken to their reps and asked to quit calling and that I am on the Do Not Call List. They just laughed at me and hung up. I wish they would get caught and all go to jail. Very annoying and deceitful.

Called my cell every week for the past month. Their number prefix 728 is NOT in use in the the U.S. or Canada so it is a spoofed number.
