They sure are busy! I just got one too but did not answer because I did not recognize the number. I have a feeling it was Arriva Medical. They call constantly.

Scam company, pretending to be your credit card provider, wanting to lower your interest rate. If you speak to a live rep and tell them to stop calling, they hang up right away.
