Some calls were to promote special rates for electricity. Other Calls were devoid of anyone speaking.
Reduce electric rates
electric company looking for customers. has called both cell and home phone numerous times. Unable to reply to company.
Caller: did not hear the message
There was on one call a fragment of a recorded message about "reduce your electric bill." I pressed the "0" key and the line went dead. On all of the other six calls from this number last week there was only dead air. I have started to automatically refuse calls from this number.
