This number claims to be from the Democratic National Party, calling to congratulate my child for registering to vote. this is the 2nd call today. No longer have children living in my home. Both callers appeared to have a voice of a black person. 1st call was a female that sounded to be in her 30's and the 2nd call appeared to be a male in the same age group.

These people keep calling, they call about 8 times every 4 hours,
and when I answer no one's there or they don't say anything.

Keeps calling my cell phone every hour and half no voice message.
