Calls insesitantly and there is rarely ever anyone on the other end of the phone. Today a woman actually said hello. Had a foreign accent, but that was all she said. Then I heard her laugh and hang the phone up. This is not only annoying...it is harrassment as these people call 5 or 6 times a day and from sun up to almost midnight!
