Phillip called me from Microsoft to fix my computer cause i was cause virus and demand money from other emails.All he had to do was find the spyware to fix it. I laugh and said it was a scam and wonder how much it would cause. All he keep saying was he was helping me. I said right and it would cost me money and my info and said repeat no and stop calling and he told me to Shut UP and how in the world do we have all these spam experts and I still get daily calls and most is office noise.

I received a call just now. I didn't recognize the number so as I my phone rang I looked it up. They are hoping to prey on people because of the credit bureau hack, I just feel it. I rejected the number and no message was left, so this number will be blocked.

I've had THREE calls in 4 days from this number stating it's Microsoft. I know they are scammers and hit the 9 key to talk. I said "STOP calling me, take me off your call list and I know you are scammers". He had the nerve to just say "We will just keep calling you!" I don't get this when they KNOW I'm aware it's a scam.....SIGH! SO....I hit *60 on my phone and blocked that number. I'm sure they have lots of them.....I will just block them all!

I just got the same call today about my computer being hacked. I got his phone number to googled it. Got to this website. Knew it was a Scam. Indian guy said his name was Ray Smith. Really?

I hit a site last year and Trojan virus started downloading onto my laptop. Then a Toll Free 1-800 Microsoft support number came flashing on to my screen urgeing me to call them immediately. It's Techzone USA Inc address: 12243 214th Street, Hawaiian Gardens, CA90716. Unfortunately they scammed me $399.99 dollars - I thought they were Microsoft. 18 months later I'm receiving calls from +1(800)102-1100 contacting me about my "autorenewal" that I've authorised. I have reported them to www.actionfraud.police.uk

OMG, this guy "John Cornes" states he's calling from Microsoft. Wanted me to hold the Windows button with the letter R.
I argued with him after I obtained info that the telemarketer was from South Africa. He really thought he could convince me that he was legitimate. A real legitimate call would not argue with a customer on the phone.

called at 1124am..stating i had a virus..I am a former deputy and when these type numbers i answer officer barker...most generally they hang up but this time, andrew kept insisting i had a virus and to get on my comp. I told him there was no problem since it was a police computer...that worked...he hung up..lol

I received the same call and hung also. Told him he must take me for a fool. I did ask him his number and he said it was 800-102-1100. I did a Google search that lead me to this page.

Andrew claimed he was making a service call because my computer was infected with a virus. He claimed he received notification from Microsoft about this. I hung up.
