Assistance finding a educational program. The issue is that I have not requested any of this information. Additionally I have two masters degrees. I know where to look for educational information. If I opt out then I would be giving them my information. How are they contacting me without my information, but I need to give it to them to opt out. Something is wrong with this picture.
