Got the same call; almost identical phrasing. No first name, just Mr. Stanley. Did not call anyone
by name. Tried to call the number Sunday eveneing, 31 Oct - got a telephone system error message. The area code is bogus; 837 does not appear to be in use.

Got the same call at 3:00pm eastern, a bogus claim as to many contacts being made and moving forward with an assessment. What a buch of crap. This guy should be jailed. I'm filing a complaint with the FTC. Phone company can find this guy he has at least some billing location information and ilikely payment account # which can be used to track him.

a Mr. Stanley (caller Id Unavailable) contacted me to inform me that I need to call back in the near future, otherwise they (who?) would proceed with assessment process of a file on me. What the hell is that supposed to mean?
