Got a call from this number hung up.

Live Caller - "Let me call you back, this line has static." Was the response when the call was answered and disconnected. They never called back nor were there any other call received. Most reverse-number search sites on the Internet states that it is an invalid area code. Continued search gives possible Vancouver, CANADA (near Washington USA) or a Madagascar Cell phone. With an 8** area code you would think that it was a commercial number.
