The man claimed he was calling regarding my computer. 1) My son doesn't have a computer. 2) No prior permission.

They said they knew I used a Microsoft PC and had contracted several viruses and they would like me to log into my computer so they could "clean it up" for me.

Didn't leave a message pretty sure it a scam or collection agency.
They want to lower my credit card interest.
