100% SPAM. Any number with "000" for the exchange (middle set of numbers) is a SPOOFED (FAKE with the REAL NUMBER HIDDEN) number, PROBABLY originating from OVERSEAS. Many people report that 'callers' on the other end have INDIAN/PAKISTANI ACCENTS. This is the tired old "Lower Your Interest Rate" CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PHISHING SCAM - i.e. trying to get your BANK ACCOUNT NUMBERS and PERSONAL INFO to STEAL YOUR IDENTITY and CLEAN OUT YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS and RUIN YOUR CREDIT. Best NOT TO ANSWER **ANY** numbers you do not recognize (if you have Caller ID) and to REPORT EACH and EVERY CALL to www.donotcall.gov.
