It was a recorded call to lower my interest rates. They have been calling for awhile. The message states press "3" to get off of their list - which does not work- or 1 to get connected to a live operator. I also believe the number is false - I tried calling it and I got cannot call from my area and when I do a reverse look up on the net - I get nothing. I have no idea what the name of this company is. The message also states my offer expires soon.
