Says they are from the State of Illinois - constant harrassment about when we are moving.

Obviously a weird number that I didn't know. Never worth taking a chance on. Got a call today but didn't answer it. They didn't leave a voicemail.
Claims to be the "manager" for the "better business bureau" with very thick accent
Conversation went like this:
Manager" are you currently planning to move or has that already been completed?
Operator: I'm sorry I can't imagine why the better business bureau would need that information.
"Manager": Do not worry I am not selling anything. are you currently planning to move or has that already been completed?
Operator: Gosh, I hope not, they haven't told me anything about moving.

I should probably add it was an auto dialed call. It hung up when we answered the first time and immediately redialed.
