Called my phone twice, 2 hours apart. I tried to return call and both times message said it was "A NON EXISTANT NUMBER". Really? REALLY???

So I texted it the return massage read:
"6315421867 is a landline #. Reply Y to send all TXT messages to this # as voice messages for .025/msg. + std msg fee. Details @ vtext.com TexttoLandline"

Callback number registered as the same 631-542-1867, but incoming text header tagged the number of origin as 900-080-004222

These people call me every 2 hours or so, never leave a message and when I call back, the same automated message with HORRIBLE "English" and grammar is repeated until at about 3 minutes and then it hangs up on me. I am SO SICK of this. Will someone please finally do something about this racket???

I guess the FCC is slow in resolving this issue, with the first complaint here being 11-24-2007. I received the same text as the first line 10 minutes ago, with my land line, of course. These people have been fishing now for over eight years and still scamming? So far I don't see a crime, just annoying and possible harassment and run up phone charges at 25 cents per text. FCC, is this a stock pick brokerage house as noted above?
