Got a call from this number but didn't answer.

Got this call today.. Scam.

Says your computer is generating errors. Press 1 to speak to a Microsoft Certified Engineer. This is a scam.

I got a couple of these. Finally when they called again, I answered Federal Bureau of Investigation and they hung up really fast.

This number calls me often with a recording that says it is Microsoft and my computer is sending them warning signals and to press 1 for a Microsoft associate---949 009-0301.

called and said they were from Microsoft and I needed to push the windows key and R button because my computer was hacked.
I asked for the error code and my IP address and they hung up

They just called and said sending out serious errors a computer voice and said to press 1 to speak to someone I just hung up

This is one of a zillion scam calls supposedly from Microsoft. A recorded voice says they've noticed "unusual error activity" from your computer and to press 1 to talk to a technician. I did and naturally some one from India answered. I told him he's a scamming criminal and he hung up.

You can stop these calls by using Nomorobo calls. It does work. If a number such as this one is on Nomorobo blacklist, it will automatically be deleted. No more scammers.

Insisted I go to my computer. I told them it wasn't here. Sanjay asked where it was. I told him it wasn't in the house and it isn't his business where it is. He said he would cancel my Microsoft license. I asked for his manager. He repeated he will cancel my license. I told him I know he is scamming and hung up.

Microsoft will NEVER call you unless you have called them and scheduled a call back. Someone needs to send a virus to this number!!! They call my Aunt again and I'm going to crash their systems!

Between them and the "IRS" calls it about drives ya nuts.
