Credit card and interest rate. Indicated I currently held a card with their company and requested I press 1 to speak to a customer service representative to lower my interest rate. Pressed 1 to speak to a representative and requested I be taken off their do not call list and was hung up on.

They said they could reduce my credit card rate. But I don't have a credit card, so it is spam. I've been receiving these calls since I purchased my Kia back in Nov 11 from Mastrucci Kia from Dayton Mall, Dayton, Ohio. I asked them not to sell my information and not to have anybody call me selling anything, for them to take me off the list. But they ignored me, and I told them again, but I'm still receiving these calls. I believe Castrucci sold my info to these companies and they are harassing me.
