The message said, "This is the last call you will receive to lower your interest rate." I've had about 20 of those "last call" calls. I am getting tired of them. I register a complaint every time I get one of those calls. I'll bet you guys are sick of my complaints. I'm tired of making them so whhy don't you stop this scam??????

Pre recorded Rachel called me again to try to get me to transfer my balance to their company so I can get a lower interest rate. Her problem is that I never carry over any baalance on a credit card. This is the ninth complaint I have registered since April 30 of this year. I am tired of getting these calls. I have to pay money out of pocket just for caller ID so I can file these complaints. Why can't you shut down this scam?????
