They said they were from Microsoft and wanted to speak to the primary pc user about a virus on our computer.

This was a call to tell me my computer was downloading virus and i needed a new computer. little did they know I own my own IT company and he cussed me out then hung up on me

I received a message from a woman twice today, she said she was from microsoft. She told me that they were getting errors from my computer and she would correct them. she told me to enter a code into my computer and when I questioned her about who, what, and shy she began to try and avoid the questions and then hung up. She then called me back again after 30 minutes and told me the same thing, I then grilled her as to why she hung up the phone earlier. she hung up again. DO NOT LET THEM GET ON YOUR COMPUTER THIS IS A SCAM

sAID HE WAS MICROSOFT SUPPORT. wANTED MY COMPUTER PASSWORDS. DEFINITE INDIAN ACCENT. mICROSOFT DOES NOT HAVE MY UNPUBLISHED NUMBER FOR TELEPHONE.

First time w/this particualr # but have received many calls re: same scam. They claim they are from MicroSoft Windows and my PC is infected w/virus'. They want me to sign on to PC and allow access. I reported earlier call this morning to IC3(with FBI) in written form via PC. This man claimed he was from Kabul and his 1st day at job. Said he was located in Chicago and company name is Life Boy Gold Technical Support. He said his name was Roger but gave no last name.

calls throughout day. The one time I answered, to tell them to stop calling,,,I heard voice in far distance but no response. It's been happening for a long while.
