Tell you what - they are persistent. I've had about four calls and two today. Never picked up though...

As Stephane noted, this is not a real number. Anything that starts with a "1" is for USA & Canada numbers, and that 1 can only be followed by 10 digits.

Other countries do not start with 1. So you know it is bogus. Otherwise it would have 10 digits after the 1 and it would be formatted nicely, in the +1 XXX-XXX-XXXX format that you expect in North America.

Ils ont appelé une première fois hier. J'ai vu que le numéro de téléphone est un faux car il y trop de chiffres. La personne me parlait en anglais et je lui est demandé de me parler en français. Il n'a pas compris et me demandait de parler en anglais. j'ai répété en français de me parler dans ma langue. Il a raccroché. Maintenant Ils ont encore essayé aujourd’hui avec le même faux numéro! Cette fois, ils avait le prénom de ma fille et la femme de parlait pas non plus en français.
