This is Bank Of America HELOC collections. Yes Collections. Also reminder calls if you forget your payment or decide to take advantage of the grace period. I received this call thank GOD, because I forgot about a payment. I see all these comments bad mouthing BofA when people really need to take resposibility for their bills and delinquent homes/credit lines, etc. Most of you people are so ignorant with your comments when you have no idea who it is. Procedures are procedures and if the caller can't release info- they are not allowed to by their policies. Be a little more nice next time. You're the ones delinquent on your payments, not them.
