Call received on land line which ringer is silenced and which voice mailbox is inactivated. Phone lights up when call comes in. Caller allowed phone to ring for at least two minutes…long after a legitimate caller would have hung up. Mentioned elsewhere on this website is this number associated with a scam. Don't even pick up.
