This is a scam, he was very rude and threatened me saying I had a lawsuit coming. I don't owe anyone, filed bankruptcy years ago on this so called debt he said. Also, if I was going to be in court I'm sure I'd be served papers and not be called. He called me a scumbag, that's a professional way to collect a debt, ya think?
