Company STILL getting through daily with multiple calls, changes number when blocked. Truly a non-stop nightmare. Please help!

This company continues to call. I block the number so they change numbers and continue to call. There is no live person. They call numerous times a day, I refuse call then it goes straight to voice-mail. Please help figure this out. It's disruptive and aggrevating to receive these calls all day everyday. How do I stop it when they keep changing numbers?
