Caller claimed to be Ryan Lewis from goverment money office, reporting that I got goverment grant, knowing my address and phone nr,, asking only to pay 3.39 dollars for mailing me grant papers etc. Obviesly a fraud call. Call was made on Nov 5th 12,57 pm to my cell phone.
