This is not StraightTalk (Tracfone). All Tracfone services text only from 611611. This is spamscam. If they seem to know details about your service, that's because that information is publically available. Anyone can view your Tracfone info on their website: phone#, expiration date, autopay on or off, your phone model, lifeline (safelink) status. Do NOT click on the link in the text, because the website will gain even more info about your phone.
