"Who is this?," is what is known as Honolulu Police Department under the number of 808-768-0000! They target people. A rate false reports about citizens to get them charged and to get them in trouble without sufficient evidence, They are to the point of violent and threatening and disruptive to a person's need in life as a citizen who legitimately requires your help because it is a service that they are required to help with. They are also very violent with citizens! They are also a very discriminatory and prejudicial and profile citizens and are very violent againstant citizens whenever it fits them! They are not the safe anunreliable and truthpolice department that they would appear to by acting in a false way and by The reports that they make that go to the higher up supervisors and to the courts, are not honest, but made to get a citizen in trouble with their higher-ups and the courts so they can get away with their dishonest, lying, and illegal actions against that citizen, or those citizense. Is the best way to deal with Honolulu Police Department, is to get a private attorney to represent yourseld against them, which forces them to bring in their attorney and examine the evidence at hand that comes from your attorney. It not only blocks their Union Rights and them getting away with their illegal, immoral, unethical actions against you and lying to try to get you into trouble by their words in the court and to their higher-ups, and the False reports and/or charges they file against you in the department or in front of you or to the courts that go before the court, but make sure you record every conversation with them and you, since this is a "Concent of One State," where you are the one that contents that it is necessary to record the conversation you are involved in with them -- for "Evidentiary Purposes" for yourself and your protection before a court of law, becauae the courts recognize that you were asking permission or asked permission to record it, they (the courts) recognize that you would not get the propper evidence you would need to protect yourself, because they would be ca e eful to cover their tracks and watch what they say because they were aware of themselves being recorded, and they would watch what they say to protect themselves and theirbadges -- but because you and them are either in your home or apartment, or anywhere else in public, they DO NOT have the expectation of privacy in their own homes, with the blinds closed, or shielding their mouth from you, from what they say in public, and especially if they are committing illegal actions, or have been committing illegal actions in regards to you! Honolulu Police Department will say you are wrong because they do not want to get in trouble and take the fall for their bad actions, and would rather have you take the fall because they do not want to lose their jobs! But, EVERYTHING I HAVE SAID, IS TRUE!

I have dealt with Honolulu Please Department, and their illegitimate for many years now -- ever since 2009 -- ever since I got to the ISland of Oahu to do ministry work! >n a closing statement, I have even filed 2 complaints against them in the Governor's office of the State of Hawaii for their actions!
