Left me a message. Wanting to speak with me about "an affordable working capital loan" that will soon be available with Paypal. I do have a personal and business paypal account. Unable to confirm legitimacy of the call.

Unsolicited call. Legitimate paypal call, though. In regards to trying to drum up business for paypal working capital. I did not answer, but they left a message directing you to the real paypal website. I call paypal and they verified this was a legitimate marketing call out of Ireland.
