does not give out the whole number only 419 comes up on the caller id don't give out their name either just states if is trying to collect a debt no warm voice on the other end just a recording and gives out a number for you to. all them back and when you call that number and tell them they have the wrong person they still keep calling using only the 419 can't block just 419 or it blocks all my 419 numbers..
