I have been receiving a call from this number for the past few days, ever since I moved into my new place, & I made the mistake of actually taking the call & some guy was on the other line, claiming to be from my current electric company, West Penn Power! He claimed I would be noticing a drop in my rates over the next few bills, & he mentioned my old address...Then I started to give him my new address, then I stopped! Then I trapped him into saying, "well wouldn't you already have my new address I've had for almost a month now!" & he came up with some excuse that the system wasn't updated, blah blah blah! So I hung up on him...I then confirmed with WPP about this call, & she said they had nothing like that as a deal, etc, & if they got enough info, they have to send you a letter telling you they took you on as THEIR electric company provider! So beware, & don't give ANY info, cause you will get sucked into another company that will suck the blood right out of you! Darn freaks!! Get a life!
