Caller told me I was being given a government grant for being a good citizen. For identification purposes asked me for my license number. When I told him I could not get it for him right now and did not want the grant, he began saying crude things. Also when asked to take me off his list or I would block my number. He said that was not possible and I would be called at all times of the day and night.
